Add type hinting generics in standard collections support

PEP 585, type hinting generics in standard collections.

This change removes the necessity for a parallel type hierarchy in the typing module, making it easier for users to annotate their programs and easier for teachers to teach Python.

Tuple, List and Dict from typing are depreciated since Python 3.9 and will be removed... so MrPython needs to support this new (2020) syntax.
