Description
Hello,
Not an issue but for your information, I contacted MPE about a problem with my radiators (overheating during the night!) and they informed me that MPE will be ceasing operations around March.
They do not plan to leave any servers in service to keep the service available and are contacting their customers to make appointments to uninstall the equipment.
Contractually, the terms and conditions stipulate that the beneficiaries are the owners of the equipment, so I refused the uninstallation that was proposed to me in January 2026 in order to finish the winter.
I was wondering if the work you have done (thank you) could possibly be used as a base for running the equipment entirely locally (by simulating the remote service) so that the equipment does not become obsolete.
I did not find any official statement but feel free to reach customer support for confirmation.
In the mean time "Carrefour Energies" issued the following regarding Tiko : https://energies.carrefour.fr/thermostat-electrique
Maybe I'll try to reach Tiko directly.
