Simultaneous multiple device channel sounding on Android

Hi Team,

This is not an issue, but a clarification question: Can we perform simultaneous ranging with multiple reflectors using the Android framework? I am working on Pixel 9 and Galaxy S26 ultra phones (both on Android 16).

Great question! As of right now, the framework handles one device per RangingSession (this PR actually fixes some state management issues to ensure this single-session behavior works reliably).

Concurrent ranging with multiple devices is definitely the next step, but I'm currently tied up with another project with strict deadlines for the next few months. If you or your team want to take a crack at implementing multi-device support in the meantime, we’d highly welcome the contribution! Feel free to submit a PR.
