nRF54 SVD missing CLOCK_POWER irq?

The CLOCK_POWER irq seems to be missing from the SVD file for nRF54LXX.

It is present in the C header https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/nrfx/blob/master/bsp/stable/mdk/nrf54l15_application.h#L116

But not in the https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/nrfx/blob/master/bsp/stable/mdk/nrf54l15_application.svd

hello @lulf , given internal timelines it will be probably fixed in nrfx 4.3, so somewhere around May 2026
