docs: add architecture terms to governance glossary#63

Add Architecture Terms section with five canonical definitions: Agent Host, Cognitive Capability Composition (CCC), Collaboration Topology, Materialization, and Team Declaration. Terms describing not-yet-implemented structures carry a Design Target qualifier per AC-12. closes #62
- Fix cross-document enumeration drift in ADR-001 and adm/gdl/README to include Architecture Terms (MEDIUM-1) - Clarify materialization as first step of spawn lifecycle, distinct from activation (MEDIUM-2) - Fix tautological 'agentic AI agents' phrasing (LOW-1)
