Issue

We are writing to report significant rendering issues we are experiencing with the Noto Sans and Noto Kufi Arabic font families in TTF format. These issues are affecting our users' experience and causing disruptions in our operations.

When documents containing Noto Sans or Noto Kufi Arabic fonts are printed, the bold weight of the text consistently reverts to the regular weight. This inconsistency leads to unprofessional and unclear printed materials.

We have tried troubleshooting these issues. Unfortunately, these attempts have been unsuccessful in resolving the problems.

We believe these issues are negatively impacting the user experience of our organization and potentially other users of these font families. We kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution.

Please provide a way to reproduce this; I am not sure this is an issue with the font, but is more likely to be with the software which is selecting the correct font for printing.
