docker-build-error.log
Docker returned an error when I was building with docker. The build failed and I cannot use it.

Hi, this is likely related to tombo nanoporetech/tombo#377 (comment)
you can try to execute these before installing tombo

pip install "pip<20" "numpy<1.20"
