Hi,
train the model on the data (dataset1, dataset2, dataset3 or any other dataset with same structure). You can split the data using CV or train test split and then train model on train set and predict relations for the test set. Do not forget to integrate similarity matrices using SNF and selection phase before feeding it into the neural network.
