How to prevent following cwd using require("neo-tree.command").execute() ?

Hello!
I would like to prevent neo-tree from following cwd but only if opened with a specific key-bind,
I tried this without success:

  require("neo-tree.command").execute({
        action = "show",
        dir = rootdir,
        position = "left",
        reveal = true,
        focus = false,
        window = { width = 20 },
        filesystem = {bind_to_cwd = false}
    })

the line filesystem = {bind_to_cwd = false} seems to be ignored here
So I tried to prepend:

  require("neo-tree").setup({
       filesystem = {
           bind_to_cwd = false
       }
   })

Which works but now all subsequent neo-tree instance will no longer follow cwd which I don't want to..
could someone help me?

Converting to an issue at #1889. there isn't an easy way to do per-state overrides from execute, but implementing a system for it shouldn't be too much work.
