Replace `:::info Example` with `:::example` for projects

As a followup to #1356, go through all markdowns and replace :::info Example with the new :::example admonition.

So :::info Example: Oasis starter in Go will now become :::example Oasis starter in Go

This way we can collect examples across all our documentation.
