Add ability to show the total number of accounts for a chain (Consensus, Sapphire, ...)

There have been requests to show the total number of accounts (that did some activity) on Oasis Explorer's home page or a chain's home page.

To add a little additional context, this is a request due to CoinMarketCap currently only having the BSC version of $ROSE integrated, which only showed 2k holders (this has since been removed at our request0. If the Consensus wallets with at least 1 ROSE held were included within this number, it would be just shy of 100,000 holders. There is an unofficial tool from the community with this number, but included within the home page of the explorer feels fitting. https://rosetrader.xyz/rose_mi.html
