Superpowers plugin hook does not execute on Codex app (Windows)

Is this a Superpowers issue or a platform issue?

What happened?

Plugin hook on the latest version 6.0.3 doesn't execute on SessionStart in Codex app with the error message "hook exited with code 1"

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Codex app
2. Start a new thread

Expected behavior

It should execute plugin hook on Windows machines without the error message "hook exited with code 1"

Actual behavior

Executed on SessionStart with the error message "hook exited with code 1". I don't have more context to put because OpenAI don't include log files for these cases.
