Create a new cypress test to verify the file upload functionality in the patient encounter and patient detail pages

Things to be Covered

• Verify functionality flow of Upload single & multiple files, capture images and audio files in to the module
• Previews and all buttons in the pop-ups are functional
• Verify the button functionality of edit, rename and download
• Verify archived files are not accessible by any users
• Check whether a file upload by a user is accessible by another user
