[feature request] Add option to remove thousands separators when outputting to csv

When parsing git-fame csv results to aggregate across multiple repositories, I am forced to handle the special case of values above 999 that are suddenly quoted, and contain thousands-separator commas. An option to omit these in csv output would be helpful.
