configuring similarity strategies

I see you have implemented multiple similarity algorithms - hamming, jaro, Levenshtein, etc.
It will be great if you can include docs/readme on how to configure the strategies.

One quick feedback.
This code looks odd to read - scores = strategy(["some.guy@gmail.com"], ["someone@guy.com"]).

Maybe use a different name for the strategy var such as score_with_pairwise_strategy.
