Description
I opened Omeka with a "researcher" user and can see the Collecting entry in sidebars for Sites I'm not added to.
Conversely, a site where I'm set as a Creator doesn't give me the option to add a form.
This module doesn't have permissions documented in the user manual, so I might not be clear on what is intended.
I think what we want is:
Researcher, Author: no visibility by default
Reviewer: visibility? I'm unsure.
Site Viewer: visibility but no editing
Site Creator: ability to add and edit forms, review submissions
Site Manager, Editor, Supervisor, Global Admin: everything.
I know that Collecting-submitted items will be available separately for review as resources, so I could go either way on Reviewers. I think you might want Site permissions to be the overriding factor here.
