independent part of sandwich #10
Description
In situation where we have several parallel stack ontop of some BottomDB we need possibility to create ad-hoc SandwichDB<T> just to produce specific SandwichDB<T>::Part and further use only that "part".
Currently "part" have reference to "sandwich" while we use only its "base". We should simply keep a ref to base instead.
