What happened?

The footer section of the [OONI Website] (https://ooni.org/) still displays the old Twitter blue bird logo. Since Twitter has rebranded to "X," the icon should be updated to maintain consistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

Visit OONI Website
Scroll down to the footer section
Notice that the Twitter icon is still the old blue bird instead of the new "X" logo

Expected Behavior:
The Twitter icon should be replaced with the official "X" logo to reflect the latest branding.

Suggested Fix:
Replace the current Twitter icon with the new "X" logo.
Ensure it aligns properly with other social media icons in the footer.
Verify that the link to Twitter (X) remains functional.
