User story:

I have setup OONI probe to run automatically. After some amount of time I have thousands of measurements and I would like the resources used by the probe to be bounded and the user experience of listing measurements to be pleasant.

When I do a ooniprobe list with a setup which has almost 1000 measurements it takes a pretty long time to finish printing the results to the output.

This is a common scenario if you enable automatic daily testing. In my case I had set OONI Probe up to run daily tests every hour and had it running for a month.

Perhaps we should support pagination in displaying of the results via the list command.
