Even though (from my understanding at least) hardware requirements mostly come down to what exactly you're doing with ONIX, it'd be nice if at least the basics were listed here. (If anything it would have saved me the effort of digging around trying to see if it was just listed somewhere else.)
It might also be nice if the hardware requirements were separated between "minimum required" and "recommended". Maybe use cases of ephys vary too wildly to be able to recommend anything specific, but it'd be useful to be able to say "This computer will be able to take any common ephys capture workload you might want to throw at it."

I just noticed #46 from @ChucklesOnGitHub clarifies that the Neuropixels probes section applies to ONIX, which I think covers the main thing I was asking for here.
The recommended spec stuff could definitely still be nice though.
We are planning add an ONIX-specific section to this page (related to #46). The reason we haven't included it yet is that the ONIX Source plugin has not been released yet, but that will change soon.
Currently this page is lacking any kind of info on ONIX hardware requirements: https://open-ephys.github.io/gui-docs/User-Manual/Hardware-requirements.html
