How are the coordinates of the point cloud transformed after using the “create_data” process?

I am new to this field and would like to understand whether the GT_BOX format is (x, y, z, l, w, h, yaw) for NuScenes and (x, y, z, l, h, w, yaw) for KITTI after using create_data. Additionally, is the yaw rotation around the Z-axis in the same direction for both datasets? I have reviewed relevant materials but couldn't find a clear answer.
