Describe the solution you'd like
For current OpenTelemetry Plugin React Load, I see the demo is using React class component by extends, can we support and add a demo for functional component? Thanks!

I'd like to work on this issue if that's alright. A hook implementation like useTrace or useSpan or something similar I think would be ideal and extremely beneficial.
