Remove DOCKER_HUB_USER

The use of DOCKER_HUB_USER to automatically get the username is inappropriate:

• We should probably move this to the oedisi organization if possible.
• This populates every component with the default image of aadillati/component_name which is obviously wrong 99% of the time.
