Slides skill produces pptx that always needs repair

Noticing that with GPT-5.4, using the slides skill in ChatGPT and with the Responses API always outputs a PPTX that requires repair before it can be opened.  Once it's repaired, it opens fine and looks good.  This hinders previewing PPTX's in an iframe when generated via the Reponses API, however.
