Example for German: When I type "Schwommen", I wanted to type "Schwimmen" (swim).

When I type

Schwommen

the corrected word "Schwimmen" is suggested. This is also the case if I type

"Schwommen

using non-typographical quotes. But when I type

„Schwommen

using typographical quotes (which is the very same, but looks nicer), I get no suggestions at all.

Maybe this is the very same issue addressed by #694 for spanish exclamation and question marks?!
