cache_type data definition and properties

Cache type defines the kind of caches that are hideable. Each cache type is identified by a unique ID.

Properties:

• ID
• name (for referencing translations)
• base image icon
• container flag (does it have a physical container?)
• location flag (is it at given coordinates? eg puzzle=false)
• limit (1 for own cache)
