Remove stale suspicious flag on self-improving-agent

The self-improving-agent skill is flagged as suspicious on ClawHub, blocking installation via clawhub install.

Both security scans now show benign results:

• VirusTotal: Benign
• OpenClaw: Benign (high confidence)

This appears to be the stale flag bug fixed in openclaw/clawhub#418 — the daily VT rescan updated the verdict to clean, but the skill's moderationFlags kept the old flagged.suspicious entry. The PR fixes de-escalation so clean verdicts properly clear the flag, but theskill was flagged before the fix landed.

fixed with an updated skill version and a couple of tries to get past the scanning it can get stuck
