Sphinx autobuild builds indefinitely after first loaded change

Description

After running make serve_docs for the first time and making a single change, the autobuild extension doesn't stop building docs like there were an indefinite amount of saves:

The only way to stop the autobuild is by manually stopping the process. Is this the usual behavior?

Hmm. Personally I am not getting make serve_docs to run at all, so I can't help here.

I think this is an occasional bug but should not be happening most of the time, have you seen this happen consistently?

@mariajgrimaldi - any update to this issue? I've been running make serve_docs successfully for the past few weeks.
