Issue: Course search filters not working or displaying correctly

I've noticed a few issues in the course search filters:

1. in the list of organizations available to filter from - the orgs do not have the same capitalization as configured in the platform, eg org name "TEST" displays as "Test"
2. underscores in org names are not displayed, eg org name "TEST_ORG" displays as "Testorg"
3. Orgs containing an underscore do not display any results in the search filter
