Workspace is not visible until fully created

Bug description

Creating a workspace can sometime be taking some time.
It's likely that the user will be moving to another screen of the application, and then come back to the "workspace" screen. Unfortunately, on that page, the workspace currently created is not visible which invite the user to restart the creation flow.

User can see an action in progress in the status bar, but this is can easily be missed.

@slemeur can you provide some feedback on this early prototype :

Workspaces are sorted alphabetically, so shows up in the middle. Would you prefer a new "Creating" section on top?
The workspace goes into stop mode before running, for a few seconds, but that's kdn behavior I think

I think showing that it is creating as you did in the list is fine.

A couple of feedback:

• after clicking create, it should redirect to the workspace list.
• the loader used in front of the name feels a bit inconsistent (check the loader you have around the stop button)
• would it be possible to display what it actually do (for instance, building the image, starting the sandbox, wiring mcp...)

Otherwise, yeah it's better to be able to see the workspace that I've just ask to create.

@slemeur so, because kdn is launched using a json flag, it only outputs (json) results at the end of the process, streaming results is incompatible with this. Once we move to openshell directly, we might revisit this request.
