Is pulling information from API documented anywhere?

I can't find it. 

[API Reference](http://api-docs.openprocurement.org/en/latest/reference.html) is empty.

Do you support `/releases` and `/records` endpoints suggested by OCDS: https://github.com/open-contracting/api-specification#full-api-type-publishing-a-programmatic-api ?
