[BUG] Cloudflare workers vs API keys

## Description
Cloudflare worker has more priprity that introduced API keys in App

## Steps to Reproduce

## Expected Behavior
If an API Keys is present, it should not use cloudflare workers.

## Actual Behavior
Cloudflare has priprity over introduced API Kets
