requests-cache uses a too new version.

The version used by upstream is v0.9.1. When trying to open the plugins manager, it errors because the remove_expired_responses method was removed in the latest version.

I think we're free from this problem now.

• requests-cache dependency of plover is now 1.2.1: see plover#1720.
• plover_plugins_manager#24 had this problem, however, now plover is not dependent on it: v5.0.0.dev1 (2025-06-03) (plover#1601).
