The RJ45 connector isn't locking into the Ethernet RJ45 ports. The cable side retaining clip is good and despite adjusting it's pitch the cable does not hold.
Likely best solution is replacing the ethernet NIC with a known good 562FLR-T NIC - 817745-B21

Ordered a replacement 562FLR-T. Inspecting the RJ45 socket, there are some plastic nibs which hold the RJ45 clip in place, they have likely been broken on the installed NIC. It will need to be replaced.
