可以增加这个配置项
resolve: { alias: [{ find: /^~/, replacement: "" }], },

可以解决引用问题 但主要问题其实是 vitejs/vite#7330

esbuild 内不支持 "emitDecoratorMetadata": true, "experimentalDecorators": true,

opensumi 使用 @opensumi/di 所以在vite内构建可能需要自己写 vite插件来实现

is there any plan to switch to vite rather than webpack for the core modules or making it work with both build tool?

having a frontend library tied to open the build tool sound red flag to me.
