Allow sorting by topic

ted_mul_all can already be sorted by language, it would be nice to allow another sorting by topic.

I don't think we can sort by language, we can filter by language. This is convenient because there is a fairly limited amount of languages.

Since we have 300+ topics, do we really want a dropdown combobox with 300+ entries? There is indeed a filter to refine the combobox content, but it took me ages to find it. I'm mostly sure this is not a good design. Not even speaking about #191 which shows that current language combox is not even working well on all devices.

To me this issue (which is still valid in its spirit, i.e. provide a nicer navigation by topic) and its related issues #178 and #179 is more an indication that we've probably reached a point where it would be very helpful to completely revisit the UI like we did on Youtube scraper. Obviously some kind of funding is going to be necessary.
