Automate canary releases

Successful pushes to #master should cause travis to do a release to http://github.com/orbitjs/orbit-builds#canary. (@dgeb please confirm)

Much work was done in ember-qunit (and subsequently ember-mocha) to automate publishing builds to a *-builds repo like this, you might be able to use some code (or at least ideas) from there...

orbit.js is now distributed as ES6 modules so it's possible to use https://github.com/orbitjs/orbit.js#master directly.
