Feedback: Scripts outputting progress #16

Just some feedback regarding the usage of these scripts. I'm running the Azure one, and just looking at the output, im very uncertain if anything is happening or if the processed has locked up. I need to go through the code of the script to determine where current execution is, and then i can guess that ist possibly iterating over 500 databases right now, but who knows.
It would be very helpful to the user if the script was communicating some kind of progress/non-frozen state. If it's just to append a dot to the console per loop iteration, or actually report on each fount item.
And then to blurt out the summary when its done.
