Actual Mod Path

Hey guys,

Here's an absolutely crazy idea because I've noticed that something isn't quite right (in my opinion). How about if the mod path you set... is actually APPLIED. CRAZY, RIGHT?
For example, I set the Penumbra Modloader so that the mods are located at “F:\FF XIV Fototool\Mods\”, but Atomos changes it to “F:\FF XIV Fototool\Mods\Penumbra-Modloader\mods”, which not only unnecessarily lengthens the path but also destroys any previously created structure. It would be great if this could be fixed so that it doesn't continue to mess up my structure, thanks~
