ACLSizePerRole - ServiceQuota Increase - Only one open service quota increase request is allowed per quota

Getting an issue on adding planners identity due to exceeding the 2048 size. Tried to increase the quota, but getting another error,

Error: requesting Service Quota (organizations/L-E619E033) increase: operation error Service Quotas: RequestServiceQuotaIncrease, https response error StatusCode: 400, RequestID: b094a216-66e7-4acd-a19a-f816fc673a89, ResourceAlreadyExistsException: Only one open service quota increase request is allowed per quota.

This error is from our first request for increasing our accounts. When I tried to comment out the account quota increase it shows it deleting it and I wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to lose the account increase we requested. Any ideas?

Do you mean that you've created the account quota in the web console and then tried to add the quota to the account-quotas component? Then when trying to apply the Terraform component, you see that error message?

In that case, deleting the quota created by Terraform will not affect the quota you created manually in the web console. They are separate requests
