1. S-Core v0.5.0-beta

   • dependency to com see https://github.com/orgs/eclipse-score/discussions/2410
   • bazel: fix "cc_*" is not global anymore logging#24

2. logging repo usage

   • Add bypass rule for logging daemon .eclipsefdn#118 procedure was used for the first BMW Contribution
   • now will come back to the normal procedure to use PRs before merge in main (no force merge on main, remove Add bypass rule for logging daemon .eclipsefdn#118)
   • common S-Core repo structure required (logging/Score vs logging/src)
     • with respect to the efforts on BMW side maybe the template shall be updated
     • @pawelrutkaq will make a proposal for logging, make a PR for template ( https://github.com/eclipse-score/module_template) change. @arsibo will bring it to arc or tech lead round
