How to continue with the Flatbuffer support

• @LittleHuba is working on integration
• PR will be integrated with minimal impact on existing code (in the light of the redesign this would not add value)
• Impact on Flatbuffer discussion therefore minimal
  @LittleHuba presented a proposal for a redesign of the configuration parsing See here
  @NEOatNHNG raised that we could just use the flatbuffer internally if it fits closely enough with JSON.
  Explicit discussion will be set up by @SebastianGrob to discuss the favored solution.
