hi... is it possible to run code on espruino that uses this library https://github.com/hebcal/hebcal-es6 ?

It might be, although ideally there would be a version that was rolled up/minified into one file.

There is already a Hebrew Calendar app for Bangle.js at https://banglejs.com/apps/?id=hebrew_calendar - so it might be interesting to see how that works...
