I got an error when connecting the thermometer, what does this mean?

We'd need to see what code you're using - and what device and version of firmware are you using?

Maybe first you could try espruino 2v25 just in case that fixes it?

What is require('thermometer')? That doesn't appear to be a module that we provide.

I tried analogRead(D35) here on ESP32 and it works fine, so I assume it's whatever is in that module.

setInterval(function() {
  console.log(analogRead(D35));
}, 1000);

works fine.
