Saw this project in the Weekly Self Hosted newsletter and thought this would be a nice feature for home users of Pangolin.

This project is based on Nginx though, so an similar solution for Traefik would be required.

Feature:

• Enable a timeout for a Resource.
• If a timeout is enabled and the container has not been used for the "time out" amount of time, shutdown the container.
• If the service is accessed and the container has a timeout configured and the container is off, start it up.

I have some Docker services that I only use one a day or two. Like Kasm, Tabby and Xpipe. They can be using a bit of resources while not doing anything. But if they are stopped, a request to the port could then trigger a check if the docker instance it down and start it while holding the connection.

To make it work seamlessly with Pangolin, we would need support for assigning middlewares on a per-service basis. Ideally, it would be great if we could define middlewares globally in Traefik and then simply assign them as needed to specific services.
