Questions about the marketplace and building new features on top of Vultisig infrastructure

Hi Vultisig folks, a couple of questions

1. just wonder is the marketplace under development going to be open source?

2. is it technically feasible to build a multisig wallet on top of Vultisig, given the recent Safe{Wallet} & Bybit 1.5B hack, people are looking for safer options. (It seems to be possible with thornode as per https://dev.thorchain.org/cli/multisig.html)

Is there any repository for Linux Ubuntu ? I have download from Vultsig Deb file from web but its not opening on Ubuntu 25.04.
