Puppetserver process start fails on windows host

Hi,

I when I do vagrant up master it installs and configures puppet master server (on Centos7) box. But during this it stops in between with following error when it tries to start puppet server process.

Details of Vm server (for puppet master) :
Centos7, 8 GB ram, 2 cpus and 20 GB space.

My host server from when I am running vagrant is windows 8 OS.

Can someone tell me what can bet he possible reasons for this error ?
Also is there any way to enable debug mode in oscar ?

There's not really any more debugging information available; oscar provides the full output of the PE installer when it runs - there's not a lot more that can be done.

The logs indicate that you should run 'systemctl status pe-puppetserver.service' and 'journalctl -xn', do those provide any useful information after installation fails?
