CSS Shapes is enabled in:

Google Chrome as of version 37
Opera as of version XXX;
Safari (Mac only) as of version 8;

Enable CSS Shapes manually

Some older versions of Google Chrome and Opera browsers do not have CSS Shapes enabled by default. You may enable the feature manually.

How to enable CSS Shapes in older Google Chrome

Navigate to chrome://flags/
Find Enable experimental Web Platform features
Click Enable
Relaunch the browser

How to enable CSS Shapes in older Opera

Navigate to opera://flags/
Find Enable experimental Web Platform features
Click Enable
Relaunch the browser
