Should we make a Latex tutorial?

Has this been discussed before? I guess it could be outside the remit of Coding Club somewhat, but I think would be of interest to a lot of people.

There's lots of guides and stuff out there (e.g. in the Overleaf help) but I think it's often missing from university courses. I have created a thesis template recently and a good companion to that would be a workshop that focuses on Latex's use in academia, e.g. writing a thesis; writing a paper; how to collaborate on Latex documents?

Overleaf is very recommendable now, so anyway I think an introductory workshop or a drop-in session would be easy and useful enough to run ("what's this latex thing and should I use it?", "Help! my document won't compile correctly!" ...). Sponsorship from Overleaf might even be possible...
