the bug of singularity use the edta container，

I downloaded the latest EDTA (v2.2.2) container from your GitHub repository; however, errors still occurred during execution.

use the singularity to pull the image, the command was singularity pull edta.sif docker://quay.io/biocontainers/edta:2.2.2--hdfd78af_1
but when run with it, one hour, everything goes well ,the bug emerge after one hour

so i want to how to debug this, and i pull the last 4 image, they are show this error, and run this data and the same command in two different computer cluster, the same bug emerge, how should i handle it, thank you

The singularity version is generated automatically by bioconda, so there is no support for it. You may want to try the conda version. Sorry about the inconvenience.
